No,its not villa,although a great signing,who i believe is perfect for fc barcelona.Sure,eto'o was a goal machine,villa can be that minus the ego,although i agree with most people that we should have got him a year earlier.

No,it isnt mascherano,that save against arsenal(with bendtner through on goal),reminded people why liverpool was such a threat when he was playing alongside alonso.Probably among the top 5 destroyers in midfield,mascherano makes tackling look poetic and was a great signing for barca.

No it isnt afellay(winter signing).The ugly duckling of signings,afellay,to me personally,brings about a feeling of hope and something of an undiscovered talent,just waiting to make it big.The general consensus or feeling amongst most fans and it seems the club is that afellay is meant to be a quality back up.I believe he could be much more.So im hoping.I dont know if marcelo slipped or not,but afellay's burst of pace and cross into the area was just what we needed from a substitute that needed to impact the game,and ofcourse having the worlds best player in a 10 metre radius of the ball guaranteed a goal.

No,it isnt adriano.A great purchase because of his versatility and again his humility.Willing to play second fiddle to King eric(well...duhh:P) and can play left,right,u name it...he can manage.As most defenders need,at 25,hes young,has the experience and we hope that having arrived from sevilla(like that other brazilian back we have...whats his name?;)) he could possibly have a similar impact.

*DRUM ROLL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN*....My favourite signing of last summer....SHAKIRA!!!!! now admit it.The one thing that keeps us cules happy,besides winning trophies,is getting one over madrid.Shakira in many ways was us getting a madrid player.Now,here is an international pop star who was presented a jersey by madrid and was something of a mascot to parts of the world.She claimed to have been a madrid fan and what does she do?She hooks up with star centre back and probably barca's greatest signing of the decade,Gerard Pique,the world was listening when madrid refused to play her songs at the bernabeu.The world stood up and saw when her twitter account proclaimed about her new found love,there was some mention of sunshine or something like that.The summary?a madrid mascot that was sweeped off her feet by a hardcore(pun not intended:P) barca fan and player.

To the point that she has recently admitted to having learnt a lot about football,sport and the advantages of being associated to a great club such as ours when it comes to charity ,all because of Gerard Pique...what do you guys think?:D
