Had Mourinho given in? Or was he sticking them on the pitch knowing that it was almost a no-lose situation for him: if Madrid won, they won; if they lost, he could say: "see, that's what you get when we play your way." Had he also prevented the players from "making the bed" for him? They couldn't very well effectively down tools and turn him over precisely on the day that he did what they wanted.

Well yea it surprises me
Why does Madrid always get away with stuff like this?they are richest club in the world with a squad worth like 400 million…why do they even bother with the dirty game…and specifically pepe who needs a very harsh punishment in the hope that he will Finally know that he can’t get away with stuff like that…they detracting from the main issue by going on about xenophobia, racism, and fighting in the locker room…everyone should just shut up..ban pepe for 10 matches and get on with it

I what you are saying, In fact we are on one side
I just meant that I’m used to people getting away with stuff in spain so it doesn’t surprise me that Pepe “got lucky”

10 matches? I'm not saying he shouldn't be banned..
….but I could only see a ban like that is that if he broke Messi’s hand. And as far as I know, there has been no physio report stating that his hand was broken, or that it was even damaged in any sort of way. Plus how often does a FA, give a retro active Red Card?

Read the latest doing the rounds on low mou?
Supposed to have told the players after the CL 1st leg something along the lines of ‘we can’t win the 2nd leg and so should play to avoid a humiliating defeat’ so that they can complain about the refs…casillas had a problem with it..and all came up recently cause of his defensive approach in CDR…came out in the el pais…author by the name or torres…if that’s true..its crazy…
