Guardiola has done a great job with the team and I like the fact that he is adventurous in his formations however his last move in Saturday's loss to Madrid was in my opinion a mistake of huge consequences. I understand that he likes to play youngsters however the last decision of playing Tello in such a crucial game was more than risky! Many times in the past Guardiola, to his credit had successfully started youngsters in the formation and I think that is great but against Madrid at Camp Nou in a must win situation borders on stupidity! Tello might be a great upcoming player but he showed all his inexperience in that game...not only did he underperform, he also was constantly burned in defense by Arbeloa! Guardiola not only gambled but he had numerous chances to replace him with seasoned first team players which he did but at the end of the game when it was too late!!! It is incomprehensible to me that Guardiola would leave an all star group of players on the bench in favor of Tello in such a crucial game!! Real Madrid played well on Saturday and I hate to be a Monday morning quaterback but Guardiola has for me an assist in the title win of the rivals!
