So i'll start this post by actually saying that I'm a bit dissapointed by Barcelona of last season and this season start. I'ts not that i don't like their game (not at all) i think tiki-taka as a form of art but as of late i'ts been kind of vein. As of late Barcelona's players have looked more human. Two of the last defeats of our arch-rival and especially since Madrid won two titles out of those two wins(f*** Cristiano Ronaldo's "calma te"), but i dont really think Madrid have turned the tide, they have just given it a swerve. In any case every Barcelona fan that has followed the team even from 2008 can see a difference. The core of the team is still there but i think they miss that oil to make the machinery work. In recent years every transfer has brought something good (or bad) to Barcelona, in 2009 Gurdiola started offloading useless players (sorry Ronaldinho) but brought in Pique,Alves,Keita, Pinto and gave a Busquets fresh from the B team a starting berth. The next year the quadragenarian leader brought in the most infamous transfer in recent memory for any Barcelona related person (Ibraflop anyone) but he also promoted the eye-catchy Pedro, then it was David Villa. But since of late the transfers have been preety rubish i must say (keep you scisors down). I just think that Fabregas hasn't lived up to the hype expected from him after us chasing him with candy canes for three long winter/summer transfer windows. The only good thing from this seasons transfer window is Jordi Alba; i think he's an irrefutable talent and a true heir to the left-back position.

BUT LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSSINES :

As every fan would agree our wing-backs are among the best in the world but the centre-back has been a prolonged problem; cross my heart i thought Barcelona was going to sign a world class defender (i'd take Thiago Silva over Pique anyday), for what is whorth i think the midfield couldn't be in a more perfect conditon. As for the attack i think the lust a player like Neymar would bring to it is incontestable. He would be the perfect complement to Messi's talent. Just the thought of the two of them skipping past three or four defenders just to score a goal is heartwarming.

So that's it I think Barcelona should sign Thiago Silva and Neymar Silva (hey they have the same last name, i wonder if they're cousins) just so we can start winning everything again (yes i said it).
