Barca Bla Bla Stinker of the Week: Time For Lionel Messi to Step Aside, Alexis Sanchez to Become the World's Greatest Player

For those of you wondering who Alexis Sanchez is and who he plays for, he plays for Udinese in Serie A and is about to become the greatest player in the world, according to teammate Antonio Di Natale.

"Sanchez is a great footballer and moreover he is only 22. He can still grow. He is a player who can become the No. 1 in the world. I have always repeated it.", said Di Natali.

No matter how much you love Messi, you'll have to accept that his reign as the best player on the planet is over. The Argentine is a good player and he has scored 120 goals in the past 135 matches with the blaugrana jersey, while collecting numerous assists, but that pales in comparison to Sanchez's record-breaking 14 goals in 99 appearances with the Udinese jersey. Messi just can't compete with that.

In addition, while Messi has won several trophies with Barcelona and collected multiple individual accolades, including two Ballon d'Ors, in his career, but his trophy cabinet can't really rival the Chilean winger's: on October 24, 2010, Sanchez was selected as the player of the match against Palermo! Now this is something that Argentine player, whose name has been forgotten due to Sanchez's unstoppable rise to the top, can only dream of one day achieving. And Sanchez did it at only 22. Can you believe it?!

It was good while it lasted, but Messi and Barcelona will have to step aside, as Alexis Sanchez and Udinese promise to dominate world football for the next decade.

I hope you enjoyed the return of our Barca Bla Bla section. While my satirical talents might not rival Adi-Oula Sebastian's, I hope you enjoyed this one. We'll keep these coming.
