Barca Blaugranes Reaches 100.000 Page Views

New, comment

Hey guys, after three months, Barca Blaugranes has finally hit the 100.000 page views mark. January was by far our best month (with about 45.000 views) but we're looking to become even better as a Barcelona blog, for which we need all of you Barcelona fans.

We're extremely happy with our Facebook growth as well. In the last two weeks, our Facebook fans have nearly doubled. We cannot empasize enough just how important it is for us right now to grow on the social networks, be it Facebook or Twitter. That said, we ask you to click the "like" button on our Facebook page and to follow us on Twitter, thus being updated of every new piece we publish. Growing in the social networks is definitely a top priority for us right now.

Another concern at the moment is that the overall participation has been very low and we seem to be more popular with non-members. We urge you to join Barca Blaugranes (you can sign up with your Facebook) and share your comments and suggestions with us. Better yet, you can use the FanPost section to share whatever you like: Barcelona news around the web or even pieces written by yourself. If they're quality, we'll post them on the front page. Also, we encourage you to participate in our live game threads and share your thoughts on the matches live. Increasing the overall participation is also one of our immediate goals.

Finally, contact us at bblaugranes@gmail.com. We will welcome any suggestion you might have. Also, if you wish to become a writer for our website, all applications are taken into consideration; the only requirements are a passion for Barcelona and good writing skills.

Remember that this is a blog from Barcelona fans and for Barcelona fans. Without you, we are nothing. With you, we can become something great. and participate actively in our, We urge every Barcelona fan to join Barca Blaugranes and become a member of our website, follow us on Facebook and Twitter, and participate actively in our, actually in your (this is for all Barcelona fans alike), blog.

Visca el Barca!
