Eric Abidal set to sign Barcelona contract extension until 2014 - report | Goal
Champions League finalists Barcelona are set to successfully conclude contract negotiations with defender Eric Abidal, Sport reports. The France international's current deal expires in the summer of 2012, but Barcelona are keen to hold on to the left-back and have offered a two-year extension that the player is expected to put sign in the coming days.
