Elias joined Atletico in December last year from Corinthians and made 15 appearances, scoring two goals for the La Liga club.

Granada have announced the loan capture of Benfica forward Franco Jara for the entirety of the 2011-2012 campaign. The 23-year-old will ply his trade with the Liga new-boys for the season, with a statement on the Spanish club's official website also confirming that they have beaten a number of teams to his signature.
