FC Barcelona News: 30 September 2012; Barça Come Back to Beat Sevilla, Tito Equals Barça's Best Ever Start

The headline story today is Barça's come from behind victory against Sevilla. Several Barcelona members spoke about the game, Cesc even talked about Gary Medel's dismissal. Elsewhere Malaga, Valencia and Real Sociedad all recorded wins.

Substitute David Villa scored a superb last-gasp winner and Cesc Fabregas netted twice as leaders Barcelona came from two goals down to stun 10-man Sevilla 3-2 and extend their perfect La Liga record.

The manager praised his players for battling back from behind to claim victory: "it would be better to not suffer but it’s important to have the ability to sacrifice yourself in order to continue competing. Cesc Fàbregas was instrumental in Barça’s 2-3 victory over Sevilla this evening. His team was able to mount an epic comeback thanks to the midfielder’s two goals. The Catalan was extremely pleased after the match and he praised his teammates for the effort they put in against the Andalusians.

Tito equals Barça's best-ever start in the Liga | FC Barcelona
FC Barcelona is in good hands. Tito Vilanova took charge of the Barça bench eager to show what he’s capable of accomplishing. This Saturday, after the victory over Sevilla FC, the Catalan manager equalled Barça’s best-ever start in the Liga.
