La Liga: FC Barcelona vs Celta Vigo: Predict the Score

A chance to predict the score of this evening's La Liga clash between table-topping Barcelona and 19th-place Celta Vigo

With 74 points from their 28 matches, Barcelona are still in with a chance of breaking Real Madrid's record points tally - although to do so, the Blaugrana will need to win at least nine of their remaining ten fixtures. On paper, Celta Vigo shouldn't pose any significant problems, even after an international break; they have injuries of their own to contend with and while their home record is deceivingly impressive (at least for a team of their standing), Celta simply aren't in the same league as their visitors. In fact, the only team that can beat Barcelona tonight is, well, Barcelona. Complacency hasn't been an issue over the past few months and stand-in coach Jordi Roura will be keen to see that it doesn't manifest tonight.

After all, Barcelona will be looking to secure their fourth successive win in all competitions and head into Tuesday's match with Paris Saint-Germain full of confidence; a comfortable win over Celta Vigo will surely serve as a morale-boost, especially for the squad's "fringe" players. Guys like Alex Song, Marc Bartra, Martin Montoya; maybe even Jonathan dos Santos - they are all valuable members of the squad for rotation purposes if nothing else; and usually these players can also offer a different dimension to the XI. Will that be enough to defeat Celta Vigo, or will the FIFA Virus strike again? Predict the score of tonight's match by voting in our poll below, and leaving a comment to confirm your prediction. Best of luck!
