Thirteen points clear at the top of La Liga and just 90 minutes away from the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League; it's staggering to think that Barca could secure the La Liga title by the end of the month. However, they will need to defeat Real Mallorca tonight if they want to achieve that goal. With Wednesday's match against Paris Saint-Germain on their mind, Barcelona will be resting a whole host of key players - and have a number of stars sidelined through injury - meaning that the three points are far from secure.
After all, while the likes of Cristian Tello, Gerard Deulofeu and Marc Bartra may be talented, they may well lack the experience required to see off the threat of a squad desperately fighting for survival. Mallorca know that they need points, and they know that they don't travel well, but they're optimistic anyway and will arrive at the Camp Nou looking to secure a share of the spoils. Celta Vigo did it last week - so why can't Mallorca? Will Barcelona be able to spoil the homecoming for three former Barca B starlets in Ruben Mino, Giovani dos Santos and Andreu Fontas? Or will Gregorio Manzano mastermind the struggling islanders to a shock result at the Camp Nou?
