The 21-year old is one of the most promising footballers on the planet. His pace and skill on the ball make him a player who can turn a game at any moment. Neymar, who was born in Sao Paulo, can play either in the centre of attack or drift out towards the wings. He’s equally at home with both feet whether dribbling or shooting.

Barcelona confirmed on Sunday that they have signed Brazil starlet Neymar from Santos. The Selecao international turned a blind eye to Real Madrid's interest as he chose to join the Blaugrana this summer to end a transfer saga which has dragged along at a snail's pace for years.

Tito Vilanova back for Camp Nou training session | FC Barcelona
The players are continuing with their preparations for Sunday’s derby against Espanyol in the Cornellà-El Prat stadium (kick-off 8 pm). Saturday’s training session was held behind closed doors in the Camp Nou once more under the watchful eye of Tito Vilanova. The Barça manager has been in New York for the last few days to consult with his doctors.

The Barça assistant coach started off his press conference with words of encouragement for Espanyol defender Víctor Álvarez, who had successful heart surgery last Thursday. Falcao to join Monaco next week | Football Espana
Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao will sign for Monaco next week, according to reports in the Spanish Press. Cadena SER have confirmed that the Colombian forward will undergo his medical at the French side on Monday, before signing a contract worth around €12m per season.
