Luis Enrique Martínez is all set to manage Barça against Real Madrid for the first time on Saturday. The venue will be the Santiago Bernabéu, a place he knows only too well after wearing the all-white strip for five years (1991-1996) and then returning several times as a Barça player (1996-04). The Asturian made his first visit to the stadium as a manager last season when at Celta, losing 2-0, although he gained revenge in the meeting at Balaídos, when his side won by the same scoreline.

Hacienda, the Spanish Tax Office is looking into the deal that took Filipe Luis from Deportivo la Coruna to Atletico Madrid in July 2010. A report in Marca claims an inspection has already begun regarding the VAT included in the transfer, and Depor have incorporated a point into the agenda for their Annual General Meeting (AGM) with shareholders to be held in November.
