This is what Barcelona's schedule for this week looks like

Spoiler alert: it's training

Alex Caparros

We have officially entered the international break, which means no Barcelona games until the 18th of October. Sixteen Barça players will be out with their national teams for the next eight days, and coach Luis Enrique is taking a slow approach with the guys that will stay at the club.

Masip, Bartra, Vermaelen, Adriano, Douglas, Dani Alves, Montoya, Xavi and Rafinha are the only senior team players who didn't travel with their NTs. They have been given two days off following the game against Rayo Vallecano. They'll resume training on Tuesday, and they'll take part in four training sessions with Barça B until Friday morning. Then, they'll have the weekend off.

Next Monday and Tuesday, they'll be doing some physical work. Their fellow internationals will be back on Wednesday, which will start a quick preparation for another tough stretch: three games in nine days, the first two against Eibar and Ajax at home. Then, it's the much anticipated Clásico with Real Madrid on October 25, featuring the return of Luis Suárez.

Is it possible to skip to next week already? Nobody likes international breaks...
