Barcelona focus again is on La Liga, as the Blaugrana travel to Madrid to take on Getafe in an important contest away from home. With a win, Barça will keep on chasing Real Madrid in the standings, eager to avoid their biggest rivals from getting a cushion at the top. Coach Luis Enrique surprised everybody and released the squad list one day before the match, something we're not used to seeing from the boss.

And the list coming early isn't the only surprise. There's an important, last-minute absence for the Blaugrana. Neymar Jr., coming off a great performance against Paris Saint-Germain, will miss the match on Saturday due to an ankle discomfort. The contusion was obvious in the first minutes of last Wednesday's game, but the Brazilian played through it, which complicated the injury a bit. It's nothing serious, but since this is Neymar, it's best to be cautious and avoid future problems.

Per Enrique's decision, Jordi Masip, Douglas Pereira, Martín Montoya and Sergi Roberto join Neymar and Thomas Vermaelen on the list of absentees. In terms of return men, Rafinha Alcântara is back on the squad after missing the PSG match due to a suspension. Another Brazilian, Dani Alves, is also back after serving an automatic ban against the French champs.

These are the eighteen men chosen by Lucho to be in uniform on Saturday:

1. Marc-André Ter Stegen, 13. Claudio Bravo, 3. Gerard Piqué, 4. Ivan Rakitic, 5. Sergio Busquets, 6. Xavi, 7. Pedro, 8. Andrés Iniesta, 9. Luis Suárez, 10. Lionel Messi, 12. Rafinha Alcântara, 14. Javier Mascherano, 15. Marc Bartra, 18. Jordi Alba, 21. Adriano, 22. Dani Alves, 24. Jérémy Mathieu, 31. Munir El-Haddadi

Expected Starting Lineup (4-3-1-2):

Bravo, Alves, Piqué, Mathieu, Alba; Busquets, Rakitic, Iniesta; Messi; Suárez, Pedro

The game starts at 16:00 CET, and you can follow and comment the action right here, at Barça Blaugranes.
