UEFA Champions League: Quarter-Finals Draw: Live Thread

Eight teams, only eight teams are left in the most prestigious club competition and today, at 12:00 CET at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, it will be determined who faces who in the Quarter-Finals. The draw will be unprotected as the restriction that teams from the same country can't face each other no longer applies, meaning anybody can face anybody. First leg matches will be played on 1 and 2 April, with the return legs coming on 8 and 9 April 2014.

Officials, players and fans of Atlético Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain are Real Madrid anxiously awaiting who their team will be pitted against. Interestingly, all eight teams have also won the Group Stage of the competition, which happened for the first time in the Champions League era.

The draw for the Semi-Final and the Final (to determine the "home" team for administrative purposes) will be held on 11 April 2014.
