Stoichkov: Barca transfer policy an atrocity
"Barca might as well sponsor Arsenal. Then we could ask how much they paid for Cesc Fabregas. And there’s more. Rafinha, Fontas, who was sold for €1m (£0.8m) when Carles Puyol needed replacing. Or Martin Caceres, who was another atrocity. Selling Zlatan Ibrahimovic, when he was bought for €66m (£54m)."
