Report: Barcelona makes £38 million offer for Agüero

Reports from Diario Sport suggest that FC Barcelona has made the first offer for Manchester City's Sergio Agüero. Oh boy, here we go

So, let's start the Kun Agüero rumors again.

According to Diario Sport, Barça has made a £38 million offer for the argentine forward, which would start the negotiations between Barcelona and Manchester City. El Kun has allegedly agreed with the transfer, but now he's waiting for an agreement from the two teams involved.

Also according to the report, both Lionel Messi and Luis Enrique have asked for Agüero's signing and they seem confident that Sergio will indeed join Barça after the World Cup. Messi and Agüero are close friends, and they will play together for the national squad, who is already training for the tournament in Brazil.

Sport also says that the £38 million offer is probably not going to persuade City to sell Agüero, since the team paid £44 million three years ago to buy Kun from Atlético Madrid, and his value has only grown ever since joining the English side. The price tag for him would be around £70 million, but Barça looks determined to go for it and convince City to sell him for less.

Oh, boy.

What about you, Barça fans? Should the team go after Agüero or is it just a dream?
