It seems like Cesc Fàbregas time as a Blaugrana is close to an end. According to a report from Daily Star, Manchester United is set to make a £45 million offer to land the 27-year-old star, as part of United's deep squad renovation. According to the rumor, Cesc would also receive £200k weekly wages.
Last summer, the english side tried to sign Fàbregas, but Cesc denied that he had interest in leaving Barça. Now, after a frustrating season, especially for him, it seems like the door might be open for a transfer, and United is right back at it. They see Fàbregas as a big part of the team's future, and expect to finally sign him this season.
Also according to the report, Arsenal and Manchester City could be interested in Cesc, but they're not willing to pay the same ammount of money as United is. And, let's be honest, that's a lot of money, right?
If this is official, the final say about Fàbregas signing belongs to Luis Van Gaal, widely considered to be Manchester's new manager. Before even being announced, Van Gaal said that the team's major priority will be strengthen the midfield.
Again, this is just rumors, at this point. But it wouldn't be a shock if this really happens. What about you, Barça fans? Do you think selling Fàbregas would be a good idea?
