Here we are. World Cup Final. After a great month of competition, we're about to witness the biggest sporting event on the planet. It's bigger than the Olympics, the Super Bowl, the Champions League Final. You name it. This is bigger.

And there isn't any other football stadium on the planet like Maracanã. So much history is there. It's where every player dreams of being in, shining, winning an important tournament. Doesn't get much better than that.

With 63 matches and 30 teams out of the way, Argentina and Germany square off to decide which country will earn the right of being called World Champions for the next four years. From a Barcelona perspective, this couldn't be a better day. Our favorite player, Lionel Messi, is the captain and the leader of the Albiceleste, and he could cement his legacy forever tonight.

Germany vs Argentina, Kickoff: 9pm CET

It's the dream World Cup Final matchup: The Best Team vs The Best Player. Germany is an army, a powerhouse of talent and skill. After losing to Brazil in the 2002 final, they decided to reivent themselves. The Germans invested a lot of money to develop youngsters, strenghten their league and create an organized football system. All that hard work resulted in a team that beat Brazil 7-1 in the Semi-Final. They're still not done, yet. They need the title to solidify all they did to get here.

But they're facing an Argentina team that is on a mission. They overcame their lack of star power around Lionel Messi, the injuries to two of their best players and created a strong defensive unit led by Javier Mascherano who defends and does everything it can to feed the best player on the planet. Tonight, they need to do it once more. And Messi has the chance to become the greatest footballer of all time. Will he seize the opportunity?

It's a historical day. Don't miss it. And if you can, comment with us! Have fun! It's the World Cup Final!
