The 18-year-old is one of the highest rated prospects in football, and his evolution has been followed closely by teams like Chelsea and Arsenal in England, along with Borussia Dortmund in Germany. The central midfielder became the third-youngest players to start in a Champions League game back in 2013, and he has been an undisputed starter for his team since he was 16 years old. He always impressed because of his skills and power, but what really caught the eye of Barça scouts is the improvement in his passing and vision, which is always important for Barça.
