Barcelona are back in La Liga action tomorrow, where they will host SD Eibar at the Camp Nou, in the ninth match of the 2015/16 campaign. With Real Madrid cruising towards victory against Celta Vigo (at time of publish), the Blaugrana will need to win to stay on level terms at the top of the table, and they will have to do so against an Eibar side that remains undefeated away from home.
In anticipation of the match tomorrow, Barcelona head coach Luis Enrique appeared before the press this afternoon to speak about his side's chances against Eibar, and also to comment on the fitness of club captain, Andres Iniesta:
"They are a dangerous side and very clear about they have to do. It’s the same kind of difficulty we expect from any side we play, but they’re in especially good form and haven’t lost away from home this season. It’s an important challenge for us. People are asking about clean sheets, but for me the most important thing is just to make sure we win the game.
"We always need him [Iniesta], regardless of what the team is doing. He has looked okay in training this week but we’ll make our final decision tomorrow."
It'll be a huge boost for the Blaugrana if Iniesta can make his return, particularly with Sergi Roberto ruled out after picking up a knock in the midweek win over BATE Borisov. However, Enrique played down concerns regarding Barça's injury crisis, while praising Neymar for his recent performances:
"I’ve always liked him, he’s such a special player. He makes a big difference and scores goals too. I don’t think it’s a case of him playing especially well right now, he has always been a top quality player and like any other, he’s developed over time."
