Real Madrid suffered their first defeat under Rafael Benitez as Sevilla produced a remarkable turnaround to win 3-2 at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on Sunday evening. The visitors took the lead through a spectacular overhead-kick from former Sevilla player Sergio Ramos on 22 minutes, but Ciro Immobile scored his first goal for the Andalusians to level the scores 10 minutes before half-time.

If Rafa Benitez thought things had been difficult up until now, he is in for a shock after his Real Madrid side suffered its first defeat in his tenure, losing 3-2 at Sevilla on Sunday. Real Madrid coach Rafa Benitez said his team's and inability to manage difficult situations was to blame for Sunday evening's 3-2 La Liga defeat at Sevilla. Madrid looked in control when Sergio Ramos headed in against his former club midway through the first half, although the club captain re-injured his left shoulder in scoring and left the play soon afterwards.

Ramos fell on his shoulder, which he dislocated earlier in the season, while scoring an acrobatic effort for his side in the 3-2 defeat by Sevilla on Sunday. Spain host England in Alicante on Friday before travelling to Belgium for another international friendly on Tuesday, but the 29-year-old says he is unlikely to be selected ahead of a scan on Tuesday.

Antoine Griezmann had Diego Simeone jumping for joy as he headed in a stoppage-time winner to hand Atletico Madrid a 1-0 victory over Sporting Gijon. It looked set to finish disappointingly for the home side, albeit with the slight consolation that a point would lift them to third place in the Primera Division.

Inaki Williams scores as Athletic Bilbao beat Espanyol - ESPN FC
Athletic Bilbao forward Inaki Williams continued to impress by scoring a superb goal to help beat Espanyol 2-1 in La Liga on Sunday. The 21-year-old Williams has scored four goals in the league this season and netted a double in Thursday's 5-1 rout of Partizan in the Europa League.

David Moyes facing sack from Real Sociedad after Las Palmas - ESPN FC
David Moyes is facing the sack as manager of Real Sociedad, according to reports in Spain on Sunday evening. The former Everton and Manchester United manager has spent almost a full year in charge of the Spanish club, having been appointed on Nov. 10, 2014.
