The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly... tonight at the Camp Nou

Some quick thoughts on tonight's 5-0 La Liga win at home to Levante....

The Good:

  • Barça have their swerve back.
  • Barça's second string players maintained the level and efficiency of their first team counterparts.
  • Pedro back to his 2011 fleet-footed best.
  • Barça were awarded something called a "penalty". It's a nice and easy way to score and sure, it might flatter Messi's goal tally but it's not like he's had 8 of them!
  • Marc Bartra...that is all.
  • That Suárez goal.

The Bad:

  • Another fabulous team-goal wrongly disallowed for offside.
  • Another Messi goal wrongly disallowed. Same goal as above but deserving of a separate mention.
  • Despite another commanding performance, Bartra is still likely to warm the bench for the rest of the season.
  • Bravo's miss-pass. We forgive him but it was hard to watch.

The Ugly:

  • The big ass pair of glasses the officials clearly didn't want to sport for the cameras.
