La Liga champions FC Barcelona will wrap up a successful 2014/15 campaign tonight when they welcome relegation-threatened Deportivo La Coruna to the Camp Nou, in what will prove to be the final La Liga matches at the club for Xavi and Dani Alves. The departure of the club captain didn't come as a surprise to many Cules, with rumours starting as early as the end of last season about his plans to move to Qatar, and while Alves was similar, there was a sense recently that he might re-sign, making his announcement, or soon to be announcement quite shocking.

Alas, life must go on and it's a time for celebration -- both of their talents, what they have provided to the club over the years and of course, of the La Liga title that we secured last weekend with a narrow victory over the previous champions, Atletico Madrid at the Vicente Calderon.

Luis Enrique might be planning to rotate much of his first-team squad, but Barcelona should really have enough quality and professionalism to pick up the three points tonight. I mean come on, we may complain about players like Thomas Vermaelen, but surely there is no way that a former Arsenal captain isn't good enough to start against a side like Deportivo La Coruna. Whether the Belgian does start remains a mystery, although Lucho did confirm that he will at least feature, so we have that to look forward to.

Will the three points follow?
