FC Barcelona head coach Luis Enrique Martínez made an exception and announced ahead of time the names of two players who will be guaranteed minutes in Saturday afternoon's match at Camp Nou against Deportivo de La Coruña. Luis Enrique confirmed that Xavi Hernández will start in his last league match at the Camp Nou and Thomas Vermaelen will make his official Barça debut.

Luis Enrique has named 18 players for this afternoon’s game with Deportivo la Coruña (6.30pm CET). There are no places Ter Stegen, Piqué, Rakitic, Sergio Busquets or Dani Alves, while Luis Suárez has a minor hamstring trouble and has been left out as a precaution.
