The Portuguese defender, previously linked with Manchester United, hasn’t been performing at any acceptable level at Madrid for the couple of years. He tends to get injured too often, as a result, Madrid are looking for options elsewhere.

Perez-Ramos summit in China | Football Espana
Real Madrid President Florentino Perez and captain Sergio Ramos will meet in China to discuss the player’s future after another offer from Manchester United. AS reports Madrid’s tour of Asia will host the crucial meeting shortly after United registered a €60m approach for the centre-back.

Filipe Luis set to leave Chelsea, confirms Mourinho -
"In this moment we need a left-back because I think we are selling Filipe Luis now or tomorrow [Wednesday], but I think we will sell Filipe Luis," Mourinho told reporters. La Liga: Mat Ryan signs six-year Valencia deal -
Mathew Ryan is relishing the chance to establish himself as first-choice goalkeeper at Valencia after completing his switch to Mestalla on Tuesday. The Australia international pens a six-year deal with the Liga club after passing a medical, with Valencia having already agreed a deal with Club Brugge for the 23-year-old.

Duje Čop joins Malaga on loan - Croatian Football Federation
With the authorization of Dinamo Zagreb, Italian side Cagliari agreed to loan Duje Čop to Malaga CF for the upcoming season. The Spaniards will have the option to buy Croatian striker the following summer. In Croatia, Čop played for Hajduk, Split, and Dinamo, while in Portugal he tried his luck at Nacional. In January 2015, he moved to Italy, to Cagliari, where he scored four goals in 16 appearances.

A Spanish High Court has turned down Elche's petition to be reinstated to the Primera Division for the 2015-16 campaign, leaving Eibar in the top flight. Elche were relegated to the second tier at the end of the season by the Spanish Football League (LFP) as punishment for unpaid debts to the tax authorities.
