The Blaugrana manager talked to the media at a pre-match press conference in Tbilisi, Georgia, site of tomorrow's game. Enrique was very complimentary of Sevilla, but is confident in his group and is expecting that they can enjoy a good game and leave with the fourth trophy in 2015.
Here's a few highlights:
"[We] are in good form to compete for a trophy.
"All competitions are difficult and after the game we will cast an eye over our performance. But for now, we are looking at the contest as a challenge to conquer. For us it is exciting playing in the Super Cup and we know we will have to play well to win [….] the objective is to keep enjoying what we do and back it up with trophies.
"All the changes this season that Sevilla have made, we will come up against a side who are as good as last season’s."
"I am not bothered by the label of favourites. The most important thing is to show on the field that you are better than your opponents. Sevilla will be a tough team to beat."
"Players missing is a part of football. The two teams have players out and that is something that we have to get over. We will have to adapt."
