FC Barcelona News: 13 October 2016; All Available Players Join Training Session

International players return with Deportivo on the horizon | FC Barcelona
FC Barcelona held their penultimate training session before facing Deportivo on Saturday at the Camp Nou (4.15pm CET). Luis Enrique finally had all of his players who had been away representing their respective national teams over the past two weeks back at his disposal. Luis Suárez, Mascherano and Ter Stegen were the latest to return from international duty, while also joining the session were Moisés, Marlon, Nili and Dani Romera from Barça B.

Xavi has backed Gerard Pique's decision to quit Spain duty after the 2018 World Cup, labelling criticism aimed at the defender as "embarrassing". The centre-back announced that the World Cup in Russia will be his last major international tournament in the aftermath of Spain's 2-0 qualifying win over Albania.

Wenger to offer Hector Bellerin a new Arsenal deal -
Arsene Wenger has confirmed plans are afoot to extend Hector Bellerin's contract, as Barcelona eye the Spain defender. Bellerin joined Arsenal's academy as a teenager from Barca's La Masia in 2011, bursting onto the first-team scene at the Emirates Stadium in 2014, and he is contracted to the club until 2019.
