The Suning Commerce Group purchased 70% of Italian giants Inter Milan this year, and they have big, big plans for the club. And in order to achieve the success they desire, they want a Barcelona superstar.
According to a report from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter's Chinsese owners want to sign Blaugrana forward Luis Suárez, the best striker on the planet. The 29-year-old has become one of the top players in football ever since joining the Catalan giants and the 'MSN' trio, and Inter's owners want the Uruguayan to begin their world domination project.
It wasn't long ago that Inter dominated Italian football and even won the Champions League, but financial and sporting failures caused the club to drop massively both in Europe and Italy, watching Juventus own the country for the last half-decade. The new ownership came in and has already invested plenty of money on the club, and will continue to do so in the immediate future.
Luis Suárez would be the dream signing, and they wouldn't have any trouble playing the €120 million in the player's release clause. The problem is that El Pistolero will not leave Barça, and is already negotiating a new contract that will keep him at the club until 2021.
If/when the "Suárez Mission" fails, Inter's owners will look at Manchester City's Sergio Agüero and Real Madrid's James Rodríguez. They better start looking now, because there's absolutely no chance Luisito will leave Barça. Not a chance.
