Very bad news for Barcelona in their massive UEFA Champions League match against Manchester City, Wednesday at Camp Nou.

Full-back Jordi Alba was forced to leave the pitch after just nine minutes with what appeared to be a muscle injury. Alba was crying in the moment of the substitution, with Lucas Digne coming on for the Spaniard.

Jordi was medically cleared from a hamstring injury suffered while in international duty with Spain, and he was thrown right into the starting lineup by coach Luis Enrique. It's impossible to know if Alba was ready to start or not, and Enrique is not the type of manager who will risk an injury to an important player, regardless of how important the game is.

We'll have updates for you as more information become available. This is bad news for Barça, who have only one healthy left-back (Digne) in the squad. If the Frenchman gets injured too, then we're screwed.
