Watch Leo Messi terrorize a former teammate

Poor Claudio...

Barcelona have taken an early 1-0 lead over Manchester City at the Camp Nou in the Champions League group stage. After an early injury to Jordi Alba force Luis Enrique to make a change. However, Lionel Messi was there to make sure that didn’t matter as he gave them the first goal in the match after a big mistake by the City defense.

It was Manchester City’s Fernandinho who slipped in the box to allow the ball to find Messi wide open in front of goal. He in-turn dribbled around former Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo who was helpless on his own. With a gaping goal, Messi made no mistake in sliding home the finish with ease to give his side the lead with just 15 minutes ticked off the clock.

It’s a great start for Barcelona. Without Sergio Aguero on the field it could be really tough for them to find their way back into the match.
