Barcelona had scored two goals in the second half and looked ready to make a miracle comeback in Sunday's La Liga match against Celta Vigo, but goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen did THIS:
We've all seen this and either laughed or wanted to kill Ter Stegen (or both). But how about watching another major blunder in the German's young career? Let's do it!
It was June 2nd, 2013, in Washington DC, United States. The USMNT was celebrating its 100th anniversary with a high-profile friendly against Germany. Ter Stegen started in goal that day, and seconds after conceding the opening goal of the game to USA striker Jozy Altidore, Ter Stegen did THIS:
It was a very similar situation to the goal against Celta: his team was playing out from the back, Marc was very confident in his distribution skills and made a hilarious mistake that led to a goal. Funnily enough, that match also ended with a 4-3 loss for Ter Stegen's team.
I have no comments. Do you?
