FC Barcelona News: 21 November 2016; Preparations Continue for Celtic Match, Manchester United Eying Barca Youngster

Final session before trip to Celtic | FC Barcelona
FC Barcelona trained on Monday at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper to prepare for their trip to Glasgow where they will face Celtic on Match Day 5 of this season’s Champions League group stage. The session saw all the available players take part plus Marlon, Paik and Mujica from the Barça B squad.

Ludovic Giuly, Henrik Larsson, Cesc Fàbregas, Thierry Henry, Deco, Leo Messi… Some of the biggest names in recent Barça history and what they all have in common is that they have had the honour of scoring for the team at Celtic Park. The Catalans have appeared in the Glasgow stadium six times in competitive matches, four in the Champions League and twice in what was known at the time as the Fairs Cup and later the UEFA Cup.

Manchester United are monitoring Barcelona's highly rated midfielder Carlos Alena, according to The Sunday People. The 18-year-old is a regular for Barcelona B and has been included in the matchday squad for the senior side three times this season.
