Sergi Roberto made his senior international debut for Spain in a 0-0 draw against Romania in Cluj on Sunday. Alonside club teammates Gerard Piqué, Jordi Alba and Marc Bartra in the starting lineup, Sergi Roberto played 60 minute before being replaced by former FC Barcelona man Cesc Fabregas.

Luis Suarez leaked contract shows Barcelona paid £64.98m for former Liverpool striker | The Independent
The document, which has emerged on the Football Leaks website, shows that the Reds were paid around £10m less than was widely reported that summer - and that Liverpool are still owed a final payment of £12.98m, due on 31 July this year. The document also says the fee will include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), the amount of which is not declared. VAT would not go into Liverpool FC coffers but would be paid to the government as part of the club's annual tax bill.

Brazil defender Dani Alves has defended Barcelona team-mate Neymar following a number of underwhelming performances for the national team. Neymar has been in sublime form for the Catalans in 2015-16, scoring 27 goals in 38 appearances in all competitions. The 24-year-old has been unable to replicate his fine club displays at international level, though, and has not scored in his last three outings for the Brazil.
