Worry not, Barcelona fans. One of the team's best will be available.

There was some concern among fans and the coaching staff when star full-back Jordi Alba reported back from international duty with Spain complaining of an ankle injury. Initial reports from Catalan media claimed that the Spaniard was doubtful to play in both El Clásico and the Champions League match against Atlético Madrid, but there is nothing to worry about.

That's according to a report from Diario Sport, who spoke to sources close to the player, including his agent, and they received confirmation that Alba will be ready to play this Saturday. He did not in fact have an injury, just some pain and discomfort. The player has resumed training normally with his teammates, and should go through the entire preparation without any problems.

The player's availability is a huge sigh of relief for Blaugrana fans and coach Luis Enrique, since Alba's natural backup, Adriano Correia, will not be in uniform for El Clásico with a hamstring problem. If the remaining internationals who still have to play this week come back clean, the Gala XI should be expected to start on Saturday. With Alba on it.
