Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs has warned that the club will need to "cope with odd decisions" in their Champions League clash against Real Madrid on Tuesday. Bundesliga side Wolfsburg go into the second leg of the Champions League quarterfinal at Real Madrid with a 2-0 lead from the first leg at the Volkswagen Arena last Wednesday.

Fernando Torres warrants a deal to keep him at Atletico Madrid beyond this season, according to Diego Forlan. Torres is on loan at Atletico until the end of the season, when his contract with parent club AC Milan also expires.

Chelsea: Atletico Madrid would welcome Costa return -
Chelsea striker Diego Costa would be welcomed back to Atletico Madrid with open arms, according to club president Enrique Cerezo. Costa left Atletico for Chelsea in 2014 but is said to be keen on a return to the Spanish capital in the close-season, with the Stamford Bridge club on course for a mid-table finish after a dismal start to their Premier League title defence.

Sofiane Feghouli suspended by Valencia - ESPN FC
Valencia have suspended their Algeria winger Sofiane Feghouli. The club announced in a statement on Monday that they had opened a disciplinary case against the 26-year-old, who would remain suspended until it was resolved.

Fran Escriba pays for Getafe slump with his job - ESPN FC
Getafe have parted company with coach Fran Escriba. The Primera Division strugglers announced on a brief statement on their official website on Monday evening that they had split with the 50-year-old former Elche boss, who was only appointed last June.
