Barcelona vs Valencia, 2016 La Liga: Predict the Score

Barcelona fans everywhere are still feeling down after the painful Champions League elimination at the hands of Atlético Madrid last Wednesday. Perhaps more hurtful than the loss itself, it was the poor performance and the apathetic state of some players that served as reasons for disappointment.

As difficult as it is, the team and fans need to move on, because there are two more titles on the line, and they are huge: winning a double with La Liga and Copa del Rey would still be a sensational accomplishment after a Treble in Luis Enrique's first year, and while it wouldn't be the dream ending to what promised to be a history-making season, lifting two more trophies in this campaign is definitely not a bad thing.

But the attitude and the performances must improve. The giant lead at the top of the table has vanished after three straight games without a victory, and Barça can only lose once more if they are to stay La Liga champions. The first game on the road to the title is at Camp Nou, this Sunday against Valencia. After the recent drop in form, a win is not only a necessity, it's become an obligation.
