Report: Chinese team makes new offer for Arda Turan, Barcelona open to sale

Arda Turan has not found his best football at Barcelona yet. And he could be gone before that happens.

According to a report from Diario Sport, the Turkish midfielder, who has struggled to make any meaningful contributions to the Blaugranes since arriving from Atlético Madrid last season, has received a new gigantic offer from the Chinese league to become the next European star to join football's new millionaires.

While the team's name is yet to be revealed (it really doesn't matter after all), the details are out: Arda would triple his current Barça salary, and the Catalan club would receive a giant transfer fee to sell the 29-year-old, higher than the €36 million paid to sign him almost a year ago.

Always according to the report, both Arda and Barcelona are willing to accept the offer, but coach Luis Enrique is still not on board with the sale. The Asturian still believes Turan can adapt and finally bring the talents from his Atlético days to the Blaugrana system. Also, Enrique argues that selling Arda after just one season would confirm the team made a mistake to sign a player that didn't really fit the team.

But we know money talks, and Lucho is not the type of coach who gets in the way of his players. What do you think, Blaugranes? Is Arda leaving already? Would he be missed at all?
