According to AS, Madrid are considering a move for Kante after being impressed by the 25-year-old’s performances last season, which saw him win the Premier League title and earn a place in France’s Euro 2016 squad, while Casemiro is Los Blancos’ only recognised defensive midfielder.

RUMOURS: Alvaro Morata wants Real Madrid stay -
Alvaro Morata wants to stay at Real Madrid once the Champions League winners buy him back from Juventus, according to AS. The Spain international is set to be brought back to Santiago Bernabeu this summer, though reports had suggested he would be sold, with Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal all linked.

Real Madrid interested in Barca-target Lemos -
Real Madrid and Barcelona could be set for an off-season battle after both enquired about the availability of Las Palmas defender Mauricio Lemos, according to club technical secretary Luis Helguera. The uncapped 20-year-old Uruguayan defender has impressed in his 10 La Liga appearances since arriving at the club from Rubin Kazan on loan.

Sevilla to appoint Jorge Sampaoli as manager to replace Unai Emery - ESPN FC
Sevilla will appoint Jorge Sampaoli as their new manager, the former Chile coach has said. Unai Emery resigned as Sevilla manager last week amid heavy speculation that the three-time Europa League winning coach is set for the Paris Saint-Germain job.

AS caught up with Llorente’s agent Juanma Lopez, who also represents Alvaro Morata, and he confirmed that Madrid were in talks with an unnamed club, purported to be Villarreal, over another loan deal for the stopper. "We haven’t talked about [Morata], only Diego Llorente," he told the newspaper.

The purchase will apparently involve some cash, but also the transfer of Tomas Pina to Betis. Pina for N'Diaye is in many ways a swap of like-for-like, with both players being energetic tacklers but poor passers. N'Diaye is two years younger and a little more versatile: Betis used him in midfield but played him as a centerback in one match, where he did well.

Valencia priced out of Diawara? | Football Espana
Valencia have reportedly been priced out of a deal to sign teenage Bologna midfielder Amadou Diawara. According to AS, Bologna have rejected bids from Valencia, Napoli and Roma for Diawara and informed the three clubs that they will not accept anything below €15m.

Lucas to join Emery at PSG? | Football Espana
Unai Emery could make Deportivo La Coruna forward Lucas Perez one of his first signings at Paris Saint-Germain, despite his appointment yet to be formalised. According to El Ideal Gallego via AS, the lack of an official announcement has not stopped Emery from working on his PSG squad for next season, with Lucas high on his list of targets.

Osasuna beat Girona to earn La Liga return via playoffs - ESPN FC
Osasuna returned to the Primera Division after a two-season absence with a 1-0 win at Girona in the second leg of their promotion playoff final. The Pamplona club, who finished in sixth place in the Segunda Division, held a 2-1 advantage from the first leg at El Sadar.
