Madrid hit with €18m EU fine | Football Espana
The European Union have demanded that Real Madrid return €18.2m of "irregular" state aid from the city’s council. AS cites a report from independent consultants CEIAM Cabre Alegret, compiled at the EU’s request, which explains how Madrid swapped the land where their former training ground sat with a piece of land in Las Tablas, complete with permission to build their four office complexes.

City plan €75m bid for Kroos? | Football Espana
Manchester City are reportedly planning a €75m bid for Toni Kroos as the Real Madrid midfielder "remains an objective" for Pep Guardiola. According to ESPN, Guardiola is determined to sign Kroos "at all costs", the German previously describing the Coach as "the best I’ve ever had", and has urged City to increase the amount they are willing to pay.

PSG in advanced talks with James Rodriguez -
Paris Saint-Germain are in advanced talks to sign James Rodriguez, according to Yahoo. The Real Madrid attacker had been strongly linked with a move to Manchester in recent weeks, but new reports claim a deal to play under Unai Emery at Parc des Princes is very close to being sealed.

Real Madrid sign 'new Aguero' -
Real Madrid have signed Paraguayan forward Sergio Diaz, who has been likened to Sergio Aguero, according to La Nacion. The 18-year-old arrives from Cerro Porteno for a €5 million fee, with a further €1m for performance-related bonuses, and will move straight to the Castilla team for next season after signing a five-year deal.

Grzegorz Krychowiak has become Paris Saint-Germain's second summer signing after signing a five-year contract with the French champions. Krychowiak, 26, follows Hatem Ben Arfa into the club and will link up with Unai Emery, who managed him to great success at Sevilla.
