Lionel Messi has done it again. This time he's the scorer instead of the provider. He gave Barcelona a short-lived 2-0 lead over Sampdoria in spectacular fashion:
After receiving a pass in the box, Messi's first touch was smooth, just as his touch around the goalkeeper was. Sampdoria's keeper went flying and had no chance as Messi stepped around him and slotted into an empty net to double the lead.
The Italians would return the favor minutes later by making it 2-1 through Luis Muriel, but that doesn't take away from the brilliance of Messi's goal.
