Luis Enrique, Barcelona players react to Champions League victory against Celtic

Lots of happy Blaugranes on social media

Barcelona kicked off their Champions League season in spectacular fashion, simply destroying Celtic FC and earning a 7-0 result by dominating the opponent and scoring one fantastic goal after another.

After the match, plenty of Blaugrana stars went to social media to share their joy with their millions of followers.

We start with Man of the Match Neymar, who made a terrible, yet awesome Dragon Ball Z pun as a caption to his photo alongside hat-trick hero Lionel Messi:

Yes, Neymar tweeted he and Messi are doing a Gohan-Vegeta FUSION to create a new player. If that happened and we got MEYMAR (or NEYSSI), then the world would be in trouble.

Up next, it's the more "boring" tweets from other squad players, including captain Andrés Iniesta and one of the stars of the game, André Gomes.

"Great start to the Champions!!! With the great André Gomes! Força Barça!"

"We've started well! Now we keep working and in four days we have a very important match! Força Barça!!!"

"Great match to start the Champions League!! Already thinking about Saturday's match! Força Barça!"

"Good start to the Champions League, this has just started, we have to keep working! Be strong, team! Be strong, supporters! Força Barça!

Luis Enrique spoke to the press after the game, and he was obviously very pleased with the result and the performance:

“We practically didn’t commit any mistakes. The players had fun, and that allowed the Barça supporters to have fun. The team did a lot of good things. We played so well, the approach of our opponents didn’t matter in the least."
