Barcelona to rival Arsenal for Lemar

Today’s rumors start with Thomas Lemar and news that Barcelona will rival Arsenal for the Frenchman’s signature “next year,” according to The Telegraph.

The report does not state if that means January or the summer and actually provides very little information about Barcelona’s interest in the winger.

In fact all it does really tell us is that Lemar remains Arsenal’s top priority, but apparently the Monaco star would find it difficult to resist Barca.

Rafinha offered to Juventus

Meanwhile, in Italy the talk is that Rafinha has been offered to Juventus, although the Italian champions are not that keen, according to Sport Mediaset.

Considering that the Brazilian is still recovering from injury, that’s really not that surprising.

Rafinha has had a pretty awful time with injuries and there’s still no word when he is due back, making any kind of January exit pretty difficult.

Barca fear missing out on Coutinho

Over at Mundo Deportivo the news is that Barcelona are becoming worried they might miss out on Philippe Coutinho.

Barca are only willing to pay £80m plus £30m for Coutinho with any potential deal also complicated by the fact the club are set to lose Raul Sanllehi.

There’s also the small matter of PSG, who have met with the Brazilian’s representatives to express their interest.

Inter want Vermaelen loan

Staying in Italy and Tuttomercatoweb report that Inter could make a move for Thomas Vermaelen as they are keen to strengthen their defence.

Vermaelen, meanwhile, is keen to leave to see some playing time ahead of next summer’s World Cup.

Everton and Anderlecht are also mentioned for the Belgian who made his first appearance for Barca in absolute ages against Murcia in the Copa del Rey.

Juventus, PSG & Arsenal want Ter Stegen

And finally we could not have a rumors piece without a quick look at Don Balon, who reckon Marc-Andre ter Stegen has many admirers.

The Barca goalkeeper has been superb recently and that has not gone unnoticed at Juventus, PSG and Arsenal.

Juve are seeking a long-term replacement for Gianluigi Buffon while Petr Cech is heading towards the end of his career.
