There appeared no place at Barcelona B for Lee as the two non-EU spots had been taken by Anthony 'Choco' Lozano and Brazilian Vitinho.
Lee follows Jordi Mboula in leaving the club, the teenager having signed a five-year deal with Monaco earlier this summer.
