Valencia are becoming Luis Suarez’s favourite opponent

Luis Suarez is in simply red-hot form right now and the Barcelona striker was at it again on Thursday as he scored the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win over Valencia in the Copa del Rey.

Incredibly, the Uruguayan has now scored 13 goals in his last 10 appearances in all competitions for Ernesto Valverde’s side. He also seems to really enjoy playing Valencia in particular.

Of course the really bad news for Valencia is that, Suarez is likely to face them again next week when the two teams resume battle in the second leg of their semi-final clash.

And Suarez, on current form, is simply the most dangerous La Liga player out there at the moment.

Let’s hope he can continue his scoring streak with Barcelona set to face Espanyol next in La Liga before they head to Mestalla on Thursday.
