Luis Suarez has written his name into the history books after becoming the first man to score 50 international goals for Uruguay.

The Barcelona scored a penalty after 10 minutes in a 2-0 win over Czech Republic in the China Cup on Friday

Uruguay’s Twitter account also shared a few pictures of Suarez slotting home his spot kick. Edinson Cavani scored Uruguay’s second goal with a superb overhead kick.

Suarez played 79 minutes before being replaced and Uruguay will now face Wales on Monday.
