FULL TIME! Roma 3-0 Barcelona (agg 4-4). It’s all over! Barcelona are OUT of the Champions League on away goals. Congratulations to Roma they played fantastically and deserved to win. Barcelona were awful and got exactly what they deserved. Sniff.

GOAL! Roma 3-0 Barcelona (Manolas, 82), DISASTER for Barcelona! Manolas heads home a corner and Roma are 3-0 up, its 4-4 on aggregate and Roma are going through on away goals as it stands!

70 min: Twenty minutes to go and it’s horribly nervous. Roma having all the chances, Barca still awful and resorting to time-wasting. One more goal for Roma and Barca are heading out. Do something Valverde!!!

GOAL! Roma 2-0 Barcelona (De Rossi pen 58). Gerard Pique brings down Dzeko and Roma have a penalty. Up steps Rossi and fires it home! Barcelona in DEEP trouble here. Roma deservedly 2-0 up

SECOND HALF: Here we go again! Come on Barca!!!!

This pretty much sums up the first-half.

HALF-TIME! Barcelona will be sooo happy to hear the half-time whistle. They have been outplayed, outfought and outthought by a Roma side that have played superbly. Dzeko put them ahead and Roma might have had a few more. Barca have done very little as an attacking force and need to improve quickly.

30 min: Barcelona are seriously struggling here and are lucky to be only 1-0 down. Roma are playing with great intensity and Schick has just missed a great chance. Barca haven’t had a sniff and look all over the place.

20 min: Still 1-0 to Roma and they are by far the better side. The hosts are really up for this, pressing high while Barca are yet to get going. This could be a looooong night.

GOAL, Roma 1-0 Barcelona (Dzeko, 6). Well this is not a good start. Edin Dzeko has fired Roma in front and it’s now 4-2 on aggregate. Daniele De Rossi floated a ball into the box and Dzeko pokes past Ter Stegen and the Stadio Olimpico erupts.

IT’S CHAMPIONS LEAGUE NIGHT! Barcelona are looking to reach the European Cup semi-final for the first time since 2015, and the Blaugrana are in great position to do so after beating AS Roma 4-1 at Camp Nou in the first leg.

The Catalan giants didn’t play a great match last week but they still got a great result, and sometimes that’s all you need. But that has to change on Tuesday night: a bad performance won’t cut it, Barça must put on a strong night to defeat a very good Roma team and reach the semis.

It should be a pretty good game tonight, so join us for the best damn live blog on the interwebz!
