FULL-TIME, Celta Vigo 2-2 Barcelona: We suck right now, and we need a 5-0 loss to finally wake up to that fact. But it seems like we’ll never lose a game in the league regardless of how bad we play, so we’ll never wake up! YAY!
GOAL, Celta Vigo 2-2 Barcelona (Aspas 82’): After Sergi Roberto got a deserved red card, Celta increased their pressure and were rewarded with a great cross from Emre Mor and a nice finish from Iago Aspas. Celta deserve more than a draw, but 10-man Barça would be more than happy with that right now.
GOAL! Celta Vigo 1-2 Barcelona (Alcácer 64’): Celta missed some more chances, and Barça once again score against the run of play! Great combination between Semedo and Dembélé on the right, Semedo then finds Paulinho alone inside the six-yard box and the Brazilian taps home the second, but Paco Alcácer gets a toe on the ball just before it goes in. Strikers gonna be strikers and we love it!
HALF-TIME, Celta Vigo 1-1 Barcelona: Garbage defense, amazing goalkeeping from Ter Stegen, undeserving goal, opponent scores. The story of Barcelona’s season continues.
GOAL, Celta Vigo 1-1 Barcelona (Jonny 45’): Our defense has been garbage, and it’s no surprise we’ve conceded within 10 minutes of scoring. Yay...
GOAL! Celta Vigo 0-1 Barcelona (Dembélé 36’): WHAT A GOAL! This has been a really, really fun first half and anyone could have scored first, and it’s Barça who do it thanks to their talent: Phillipe Coutinho finds Paco Alcácer, who finds Ousmane Dembélé, and the young Frenchman fires a beautiful volley into the bottom corner.
KICKOFF! Celta Vigo 0-0 Barcelona: Don’t give me a heart attack, boys!

Oh hey, it’s some midweek La Liga action! It’s been a while since we’ve had a league game that’s not on the weekend, but it’s back! I personally like some midweek football and good games being played at night, but it’s better if that’s in the Champions League. Well, can’t have it all...
Anyway, Barcelona play tonight and they face Celta Vigo away from home. I don’t have the exact stat with me, but I believe it’s been 323 years since we’ve last won away to Celta. Will that streak be broken tonight? Join us to find out and to have some fun with a LIVE BLOG!

Matchday Thread Rules
We don’t have a lot of rules here, but there are a few things to keep in mind when joining our matchday threads:
Even if the referee sucks or we lose the game, no swearing. It’s just unnecessary. Also, don’t discuss illegal streaming links. Those who do will be warned, and those who post links will be banned. Finally, be nice to each other. This is a Barcelona community and we don’t need to offend one another.
Have fun with the game! VISCA EL BARÇA!
