Barcelona B won against fifth-placed Cádiz today with a brilliant performance that has put them just two points from safety. Barça B won 3-1 against Cádiz with two goals from Marc Cardona and one from Matías Nahuel.

The B team ran to a commanding lead, 3-0 up before halftime, and they defended the result well enough in the second half. With 43 points, the B team is 19th, and just two points away from safety. Alcorcón have 45, but they have a game in hand, while Cultural Leonesa also have 43, but without a game in hand. Gimnàstic de Tarragona have 46 points, as many as Almería, who also have a game in hand.

Córdoba are a point behind the B team, and they can go ahead of them with their match today against Almería.

There are only two games left, one against Albacete and one against Real Zaragoza. Barcelona B have a chance to reach salvation through many different avenues. And right now, there is an optimistic feeling at the Miniestadi.
